- Pour vanilla, egg substitute, and vanilla almond milk into a large bowl
- Stir in sugar
- Once sugar is completely dissolved, process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions
- Store any leftovers in a freezer safe container, in the freezer

You can make this recipe without egg by using 2 tablespoons cornstarch. I recommend cutting back the vanilla to just 2 teaspoons and the sugar to ½ cup, if you substitute the egg sub out for cornstarch. Can use sugar substitute instead of sugar for a lower carb version.
