Sweet Tropical Marinade
This marinade is easy to make. It adds a subtle sweet flavor to fresh pork or chicken. Only 30 calories per serving.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Keep stirring till brown sugar is completely dissolved.
- Soak chicken or pork in marinade over night.
- Do not reuse marinade that raw meat has been soaking in unless you boil it first.
Tried the marinade on chicken. Had a really nice subtle sweet flavor. The grilled, marinated chicken could be used as a main entrée or chopped up in a salad, rice dish, or pasta dish.
