This Strawberry Syrup adds a fun sweet surprise to your dish and is much lower in calories, carbohydrates, potassium, and sodium than just regular Maple Syrup. Try it on the Be My Valentine Pancakes!
- Add strawberries and water to blender
- Blend till smooth
- Pour in sauce pan and heat over medium heat
- After a couple minutes, turn down to low and add syrup
- Keep stirring for another minute
- Take away from heat and serve
