Strawberry-Peach Ice Cream

Strawberry-Peach Ice Cream


Serving size: 1/2 cup

3 cups
vanilla almond milk (sweetened)
1 1⁄4 cup
peaches (drained)
1 1⁄2 cup
strawberries (fresh, sliced)
1⁄4 cup
3 tablespoons
unflavored gelatin
1 cup



  • Puree strawberries and peaches in blender, then set aside
  • Bring water to a boil
  • Pour water into bowl and slowly sprinkle in gelatin while stirring constantly to keep the gelatin from clumping
  • Once all the gelatin has been added and is completely dissolved, stir in the sugar
  • Add the pureed strawberry-peach mixture and vanilla almond milk
  • Process in ice cream maker according to manufacture’s instructions
  • Store any leftovers in a freezer safe container, in the freezer
