Soft Serve Chocolate Ice Cream


Serving size: 1/2 cup

3 cups
vanilla almond milk (sweetened)
60 grams
chocolate whey protein (3 scoops)
3 tablespoons
unflavored gelatin
1 cup



  • Bring water to a boil
  • Pour water into bowl and slowly sprinkle in gelatin while stirring constantly to keep the gelatin from clumping
  • Once all the gelatin has been added and is completely dissolved, stir in the vanilla almond milk
  • Carefully blend in the protein powder and work out the clumps
  • Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Store any leftovers in a freezer safe container, in the freezer
