Shake & Oven Baked Chicken
This recipe makes a tasty, juicy lightly breaded chicken breast. Each serving is a good protein source and only counts as 1 carb serving.

chicken breasts (2 pounds) 1 cup
bread crumbs (plain) 1 teaspoon
garlic powder 1 teaspoon
onion powder 1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper (ground) 1 teaspoon
thyme (dried) 1⁄2 teaspoon
paprika 1⁄2 cup
miracle whip (light) 1⁄2 cup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Spray baking dish with cooking spray
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large re-sealable bag
- Blend miracle whip and almond milk together in a shallow pan
- Coat chicken breast in miracle whip mixture
- Then place coated chicken breast in large bag with dry mixture
- Seal bag and shake till chicken is evenly covered
- Repeat for each chicken breast
- Arrange each covered chicken breast in baking dish
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until completely cooked
