Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower


Serving size: 1/2 cup
Change Servings:


cauliflower (large)
16 cloves
garlic (peeled, crushed)
1 teaspoon
rosemary (fresh)
2 tablespoons
parmesan cheese (grated)
1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper
2 tablespoons
olive oil



  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Wash cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, and rosemary together in a small bowl
  • Toss cauliflower with the oil mixture
  • Place in casserole dish and cover with lid
  • Cook in oven for about 20 minutes
  • Stir cauliflower 
  • Sprinkle parmesan and black pepper on top
  • Recover and cook for 10 more minutes
