This icing delicious and highly approved! It is slightly runny and perfect with our Red Velvet Cake recipe. Or feel free to use it on carrot cake or another dessert of your choice.

confectioner's powdered sugar 8 ounces
cream cheese 8 tablespoons
butter 1 teaspoon
vanilla 1 cup
pecans (chopped) 1⁄2 cup
milk (2%)Directions
Instructions
- Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients on low to medium speed with beaters.
- Spread in between, on top, and sides of your favorite cake, once your cake is completely cooled.
