Pork & Sauerkraut
A New Year’s traditional food for bringing luck and prosperity. The brown sugar and apple adds a sweet flavor to the dish. The shredded pork roast is tender and juicy. Each serving has 18 grams of protein and 1 gram of fiber.

- Mix sauerkraut, chopped apple, caraway seeds, and brown sugar in medium bowl
- Add mixture to crock-pot
- Place pork roast on top of mixture
- Add water
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Take 2 forks and shred pork once fully cooked
