Party Mashed Cauliflower
This recipe substitutes cauliflower for potatoes. Only 6 grams of carbs with 2 grams of fiber. Lower in sodium.

garlic powder 1⁄2 cup
sour cream 1 tablespoon
parsley 1⁄4 teaspoon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Boil cauliflower till soft.
- Place in food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend till smooth.
- Transfer mashed cauliflower mixture into baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
