Naked Egg Roll
The great flavor of an egg roll without the wrap. The chow mein noodles add a crunch to the dish. A wonder alternative to a traditional chicken egg roll, the naked egg roll provides a good source of protein, is lower in sodium, has just over 1 carb per serving, and has 3 grams of fiber.
- Cook ground chicken in skillet until fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease. Mix chicken with cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cooked mixture on medium heat till cabbage and carrots become tender.
- Once done, take off heat. Mix sauce ingredients together and drizzle over the cooked egg roll mixture. Add chow mein noodles and stir until completely mixed.
- Serve and enjoy!
