ground chicken
1 tablespoon
ground ginger
2 teaspoons
garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper
2 cups
cabbage (shredded)
1⁄2 cup
carrots (shredded)
1 1⁄2 cup
chow mein noodles
1 tablespoon
granulated sugar
1 tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons
water
1⁄2 tablespoon
soy sauce (low sodium)
1⁄2 tablespoon
ketchup (low sodium)

Directions

Instructions

  • Cook ground chicken in skillet until fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease. Mix chicken with cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cooked mixture on medium heat till cabbage and carrots become tender.
  • Once done, take off heat. Mix sauce ingredients together and drizzle over the cooked egg roll mixture. Add chow mein noodles and stir until completely mixed.
  • Serve and enjoy!
