Naan
This is a popular Indian flatbread that makes a great accompaniment to dishes with sauce or a soup/stew. Each piece of naan has 3 grams of protein, 1 gram of fiber, and 75 mg of sodium.

flour (all purpose) 1⁄8 teaspoon
salt 1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder (low sodium) 1⁄2 cup
water 2 teaspoons

Instructions
- Add flour, salt, baking powder, and water to a bowl
- Stir together and form into large ball
- Brush olive oil over dough, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes
- After the 5 minutes, sprinkle flour on the counter, take dough and knead for 5-10 minutes
- Make into 4 equal sized balls
- Flour a rolling pin and the counter
- Roll each ball out into a round, flat shape
- Spray a skillet with butter flavor cooking spray
- Over medium heat, grill until golden brown on both sides
