Indian Chicken Gravy

- Add chopped onion to blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into bowl and set to the side
- Add tomatoes to blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into bowl with onion
- Add ginger and garlic with 1-2 tablespoons of water to blender
- Blend into a paste
- Add butter to skillet and heat over low-medium heat
- Add onion and tomato puree to skillet along with ginger-garlic paste, mustard powder, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, and curry powder
- Bring to a boil
- Once the sauce is a thick consistency add chicken
- Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked (chicken will not be pink on the inside)
- Add more water if needed
