This recipe is super simple to make, takes delicious, and contains a healthy amount of protein and fiber. It is light, creamy, and surprisingly satisfying! 1 tablespoon
tahini (sesame seed paste)
1⁄4 cup

Instructions

  • Drain the chickpeas and rinse well in a colander.
  • Juice the lemon and discard the rind.
  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until pasty consistency.
  • Place in an air-tight container for refrigerator storage or enjoy on the spot.
