salmon filets (1.6 pounds) 1 teaspoon
paprika 1 teaspoon
chili powder 1⁄4 teaspoon
cumin (ground) 1⁄4 teaspoon
brown sugar (packed) 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Mix paprika, chili powder, cumin, and brown sugar together in a small bowl
- Rub spice mixture over the fleshy part of the salmon evenly
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil

- Place fish, skin side down, into the pan
- Bake for about 15 minutes
