Crock-pot Chicken Fajitas

Try this new method for making fajitas in a crock-pot! The flavors slowly mingle together resulting in a flavorful main dish that’s a great source of protein!

Crock-pot Chicken Fajitas


Serving size: 4.3 ounces (122.5 grams)

1 pound
chicken breast
green bell pepper (large, sliced)
red bell pepper (large, sliced)
onion (small, sliced)
1 1⁄2 tablespoon
chili powder
1 tablespoon
cumin powder
1 teaspoon
onion powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoon
garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
oregano powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper



  • Put sliced peppers and onions in the bottom of the crock-pot. Place chicken breast on top.
  • Mix taco seasonings together and sprinkle on top of chicken.
  • Cook on low for 2-4 hours. Stir after 1-2 hours. Once chicken is completely cooked, cut chicken into strips.
  • Serve on flour tortilla with sour cream, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese!
