Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Plan ahead before making this recipe to give yourself enough time to demineralize your potatoes. The demineralization process will make your potatoes much lower in potassium.

sour cream
2 tablespoons
unsalted butter
1⁄4 cup
milk

Instructions

  • While potatoes are still warm from boiling at the end of demineralizing, add to large bowl.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend with blender till smooth
  • Serve and enjoy!
