Cranberry Turkey Salad Wrap

This is an easy, tasty wrap that you could use some of your left over Thanksgiving turkey in. Make it as either a lettuce or tortilla wrap.

Serving size: 1 lettuce wrap
Change Servings:


3 cups
turkey breast (chopped)
1⁄2 cup
cranberries (dried, diced)
celery stalk (medium, chopped)
iceburg lettuce leaves (large)
1⁄2 cup
mayonnaise (low sodium, low calorie)



  • Add turkey, cranberries, celery, and mayonnaise to a bowl
  • Stir until completely mixed
  • Scoop the turkey mixture down the center of each lettuce leaf
  • Fold the lettuce leaf sides together to make a wrap
