Citrus Ginger Carrots

Citrus Ginger Carrots

1 pound
carrots (baby)
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
brown sugar (packed)
1⁄2 teaspoon
1⁄3 cup
orange juice
1 tablespoon
unsalted butter



  • Place carrots in sauce pan
  • Add water and cook until tender
  • Drain off water
  • Add butter to sauce pan
  • Cook on low for a couple minutes
  • Add orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger together in bowl
  • Pour mixture over carrots
  • Cook carrots for an additional few minutes, stirring constantly
  • Serve warm
