Apple Pumpkin Bread

all purpose flour 1⁄2 cup
flax seed (ground) 1 cup
sugar 1 teaspoon
baking soda 1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
cinnamon 3
eggs (large) 1 cup
pumpkin (canned, no salt) 1 cup
applesauce (unsweetened)Directions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Spray 9x5” loaf pan with cooking spray
- Mix the flour, flax seed, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl
- In a smaller bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, and applesauce
- Blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just moistened
- Pour into loaf pan
- Bake for about 55-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let bread cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan
